has misleading e-mail addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin
If you are exposed to such prohibited material, you agree to immediately notify to IndianModelAgency.com, and you waive your right to any damages related to any exposure as such.
5. FURTHER PROHIBITED CONTENT - IndianModelAgency.com will not tolerate any promotion of other services Recruitments other than our contents related services! In your your profile you are not allowed to advertise any other website or to add any advertisting contents with your photo composite! If we notice that as such your profile will be delated without any notice, and though being a paid member, you will not get any refund of money because of your inappropriate conduct as you agreed not to do so.
6. Promotion|Campaign conduct: IndianModelAgency.com is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites or other methods in portfolio and may remove those at its discretion and without notice. The IndianModelAgency.com networking system is intended for work related offers and general inquiries related to or leading to work or further discovery. Promotion of inappropriate services, and goods what not an appropriate use of our network will not be allowed to be campaigned with our website.
7. TRANSACTIONS WITH ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS - IndianModelAgency.com shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals found on or through the IndianModelAgency.com services. This includes but is not limited to payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that IndianModelAgency.com is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of any such dealings. IndianModelAgency.com is under no obligation to become involved in disputes between participants on the website, or between participants on the site and any third party. In the event of a dispute, you release IndianModelAgency.com Officers & Executives, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, damages and demands of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and our services.
8. Publishing Pictures on the web: IndianModelAgency.com reserves every right to publish the photo composite to the web worldwide from models, actors, actresses, entertainers, TV hosts, TV Stars, etc. (the Photo composite sent to us through agents or by model, actor/actress himself/herself or by others) for promoting object through our website IndianModelAgency.com. The duration of the membership minimum Twelve months once you are registered with us for FREE, and once you decide not to be member with us any more even for FREE membership before the expiration of the period of Twelve months, then you hv to pay us a panelty charge of Six Hundred usd for the compensation of man power & cost of FREE promotion of your portfolio through our website, and other related expenses. Also plz note that we preserve our rights to keep your portfolio in our database upto Five years.
9. Breach of Contract: Any model sent for assignment is prohibited to make any direct deal with our clients, if as such to be found in later stage, he/she has to pay us a panelty charge of Ten Thousand usd, otherwise he will be prosecuted to the law to enforce him/her to compensate us for breach of contract.
10. If you accept any assignment through IndianModelAgency.com, you will be bound to work only through our Agency IMA for at least one year, even though you get assignment through other Agency other than IMA, you hv to negotiate all assignments only through our Agency IndianModelAgency.com telling them to contact with us to negotiate for the same, although your assignments offered by other agencies or individual or any other type of institutions.
11. We reserve all the rights to use the pictures of our IndianModelAgency.com Model Members for our other sister network website Design & Developement object (for Modeling & Acting contents related Website only).
12. We will try our best to promote you, and thereby provide you Casting job as our model, actor, actress, entertainer member through IndianModelAgency.com, but there is no guarantee whatsoever to get any casting even being a paid member. If any client selects you as modeling & acting talent you will get your casting job, and we will contact you thereabout. And we will charge 30%-40% commission, depends on types of casting, from the remuneration for all castings you get through us. Not to misundertand in the near future, we can not guareentee you any casting for that matter.
14. We will not toilerate any bad words or abusive language from any IMA member whatsoever, if as such happens in any case in the near future, we reserve every right to suspend your membership from our website: IndianModelAgency.com.
15. Any promotion materials or any model images or film script or music tracks sent to us for promotional object either pictures, tracks or scripts or any other promotional material sent to us for castings or for promotional object, we preserve every right to upload them to our IMA website or with our sister concern of our IMA website for promotional object without even any verification of real model or writers or vocalists or musicians, production companies copyrights!
16. Any images/pictures or any promotional materials sent to us, we will try to promote those artists, models to other production companies, Film Industry and Media professionals for modeling and film casting for promoting object. We will not be responsible whatsoever for any use for those pictures/images.
17. GENERAL TERMS - These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the services and the website shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal of India. By your usage of, or your posting to this website constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement. |
